Legally elected PM Hasina of Bangladesh sentenced to death for ” crimes against humanity” by an illegal Kangaroo Court appointed by Fundamentalist illegal Government of Yunus

A Kangaroo tribunal in Bangladesh appointed by an illegal authority, sentenced a legally elected Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to the death penalty for ” crimes against humanity” related to a crackdown on violent mass protests last year in Bangladesh.
A movement against a court orders was initiated by student leaders but got hijacked by Islamist fundamentalists and they intentionally caused total mayhem by killing Hindus, Christians and Awami League leaders.
A very deep conspiracy finally succeeded in ousting PM Hasina and she was forced to flee the country and a puppet government controlled by Islamist fundamentalist and headed by Yunus took over.
As pre planned the Kangraoo Crimes Tribunal ” found ” PM Hasina guilty on all five counts of “crimes against humanity”.
PM Hasina was tried alongside her interior minister, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, who also received a death sentence, and former police chief Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun, who was sentenced to five years behind bars. The former agreed to “cooperate” with the investigation and pleaded guilty. Among those tried, only Al-Mamun was present for sentencing.
PM Hasina, was forced to leave Dhaka for India following the COAS taking no action to stand behind a Legal Government in August 2024. She was tried in absentia. Under Bangladeshi law, she cannot appeal the verdict unless she is arrested or surrenders to police within 30 days.
The legally elected has repeatedly stated in media interviews that she had never issued orders to kill protesters and that it was Muhammad Yunus the fundamentalist supporter, who is leading the provisional government after she left, that gave the go-ahead to do that.
Anti-government protests swept the South Asian country in July 2024, when students, dissatisfied with high unemployment rates and a lack of economic prospects, spearheaded riots. Soon the protest got hijacked by Islamist fundamentalists as per plan. Some 1,400 people were killed in unrest and clashes with police. PM Hasina had to leave for India aboard a helicopter on August 5, 2024 to save her life.
Bangladesh is slated to hold a parliamentary election in February 2026. However now Yunus may try to postpone the elections on one pretext or other. India now must make it clear that it will not permit any Force to destabilize the region or interfere in the area.
