This country is accelerating towards a population crunch, a process that began with the popularisation of birth control drugs and devices and the “punchi pavula raththaran” slogan, facilitated by inter alia the Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka (FPASL) which is the local presence of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) – the largest abortion business in the world. Marriage rates are diminishing, and the gullible citizen is told that this is because of the exorbitant cost of weddings. The workforce that could support the economy despite the tyranny of indebtedness enforced by supranational banking institutions liaising with the national Central Bank – is looking to emigrate.
The price of a rice-and-curry has more than doubled since the economic crisis of recent memory, while salaries have not – and the tax net whirls ever expanding above our heads. We may also eventually come to accept that cancer and other morbidities – and mortality itself, have increased ever since we subjected ourselves to mandatory doses of mRNA concoctions, and that infertility has likewise been boosted. One might wonder why then, when safe drinking water is unavailable to a substantial portion of the people, there is intense devotion towards normalisation, proliferation, sanctioning, celebrating and enshrining LGBTQIA+ behaviours and associated privileges.
The Human Rights Commission (HRCSL) keeps issuing letter after letter asking for the sanctioning of sodomy, along the lines of the bill brought by Premnath Dolawatte to the former parliament, and as promised in the manifesto of the present government.
Amid the dignifying of prostitutes as “sex workers”, and the ding-dong and jingle-jangle of alarm bells on the growing proportion of the nation’s geriatric segment, the rising number of drug users and the spread of STDs, there is intense enthusiasm to reform education. Perhaps disparate and apparently unrelated issues coalesce, and a gay future will be ensured if children can be corrupted and indoctrinated in the formative years? Indeed, they shall know condoms before they understand consonants, as the values-free promiscuity education – called CSE, is implemented.
Sex vs Gender
It is said that “the male and female are perceived as binary and oppositional identities to one another, centred on differences in physical appearances and biology”.
That the binary or twofold-ness of – and the complementarity of the male and female sexes is a reality of our species, is not merely a perceived impression or even merely an empirical observation. Rather, it is an absolutely fundamental reality. In fact, male and female is more fundamental than up and down – and sex is the correct word to describe maleness and femaleness. We knew this when forms were filled in saner times.
Gender might be what one feels and be related to what one does, and while it may include perceptions of maleness and femaleness, it is limited only by one’s imagination or one’s perversity. You can be in substance only male and female, by sex. But you might identify as anything or nothing and something else a moment later, by gender.
We are told that “the way in which people feel about themselves and their gender, do not always match their biology. For instance, though born women, some people may feel internally that they are actually men trapped in women’s bodies and vice versa”.
It might well be that some people feel this way – and they are deluded and deserve compassion. Such conditions of body dysmorphia and sexual identity incongruence disorders are psychological disorders when such feelings are persistent and intense, and qualified as dysphoria when the patient is uncomfortable with it.
It is proclaimed that “sex re-assignment, gender affirmation surgeries and hormonal therapies alleviate the suffering of those with sex-gender incongruences”.
The first error is believing that chemical and surgical interventions into secondary sexual characteristics, justifies the presumption that the sex of a human being is fluid or changeable.
The brutal and mutilating surgeries, and the sterilising – or in adolescents puberty-blocking hormone treatments, do not and cannot make a man a woman.
What people suffering from mental disease need is to hear the truth and receive psychiatric therapy – not medical or social “affirmation”. This is not a novel proposition since physicians do not affirm PTSD patients by telling them that the voices are real, nor are doctors employed to inject adipocytes into anorexics.
The second error is believing that the refutation of biology and the assertion of the primacy of feelings over chromosomes, can be reconciled with affirmatory interventions that albeit feebly and disastrously attempt to reconfigure the very biology that is being refuted – such as making breasts grow on boys after castrating them, and shaving off his laryngeal prominence.
The LGB parts of the gender kaleidoscope are identities associated with those who are proud to engage in unnatural venereal behaviour, traditionally described as abominable, but now said to manifest liberty and dignity. The Q and + may include human and non-human libidinal associations, as well as pederasty. The naive are frequently dealt the “born that way” card, although no scientist has observed a neonate having an orientation towards anything apart from mother’s bosom.
Nevertheless, it is irrelevant whether a person possesses disordered carnal inclinations due to the non-existent gay gene, or because of experienced childhood trauma, perhaps related to an absent father – or absent fatherhood in the father. The reality is that anyone might be inclined away from what is good. The fitting response is to strive to avoid evil, and it is incumbent upon family, society and the law to provide a supportive framework.
To bring to decayed fruition the full implications of “equity” and “inclusion” for LGBTQ+ culture, social gaslighting takes place with arguments such as “gender-phobia or transphobia may manifest in actions such as violence, harassment, misrepresentation and exclusion; the official sanctioning of gender diversity requires social transitioning and legal transitioning including official name changes, clear identity
cards and birth certificates”.
The facility available to register a mischievous manipulator’s or psychologically disordered individual’s prevailing self-identification on their official birth certificate or identity card is a tragedy of cosmic proportions. This not only supplements the acceptance, affirmation and medical abuse of the vulnerable. It has plunged the nation into the fallacious rabbit hole of genderland – where fundamental realities are legally inverted.
Even history is distorted and time falsified when the certificate of birth will declare that a woman born half a century ago, was indeed born a cat half a minute ago, and woe betide anyone who says she wasn’t, even if that one person is her “biased” and “discriminating” – even “violent”, mother.
The world has been turned beyond up-side-down where the law deems a woman a man, declares buggery a fundamental human right, and enforces the doctrine of inclusivity upon all subjects whereby living by the truth and proclaiming it would be criminal. And now they come for our children.
