India rejects Bigoted US religious freedom
report : Must Place Sanctions On Such Foreign Commissions

Citizenship Amendment Act, India’s controversial citizenship bill.

India has rejected the findings of a bigoted US religious freedom panel which has the temerity to name India a “country of particular concern”, US has the distinction of practicing slavery from the day it came into existence as a Country. In fact before forming the country and for hundred plus year after that they have been killing the indigenous Americans labelled as “ Red Indians “.

In not too distant past gangs like Ku Klux have been openly attacking, killing and burning the blacks all over America. Recently the way they have treating the migrants from Mexico is nothing but despicable.

Hence reports originating from such countries on India, the worlds largest democracy and the country with total religious freedom needs to be treated with contempt and nothing else.

The annual report by the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) ……what a high sounding name they have chosen for themselves ……places India alongside Pakistan, China and North Korea.

India instead of at once placing USA along side Hitler and Chengiz Khan has presently reacted mildly against this report by the bigoted Commission by stating that the report was “biased” and a “new level of misrepresentation”.

In its fabricated findings, the USCIRF report says that following the massive victory of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2019, “the national government used its strengthened parliamentary majority to institute national level policies violating religious freedom across India, especially for Muslims.”
For such comments the USA Government should disband the commission and give a public apology.

This commission had no business to make any comments on Laws passed by the Indian Parliament. However the radicalized and biased members of the commission have insulted the Indian Parliament buy making a special mention of India’s Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), adding that “Home Minister Amit Shah referred to migrants as “termites” to be eradicated.”

Nadine Maenza, the Vice Chair for the religious freedom watchdog……yes rightly the members of the Commission are nothing but Rottweiler’s…. said that the CAA “potentially exposes millions of Muslims to detention, deportation, and statelessness when the government completes its planned nationwide National Register of Citizens”
“We reject the observations on India in the USCIRF annual report. Its biased and tendentious comments against India are not new,” said external affairs ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava. “On this occasion, its misrepresentation has reached new levels. We regard it as an organisation of particular concern and will treat it accordingly.”

The religious freedom panel had even recommended “targeted sanctions on Indian government agencies and officials responsible for severe violations of religious rights.”

Dear Nadine Maneza, India too will target and sanction not only all members of your Commission but also prosecute any Congressman or Senator who insults our Parliament.

Two of the nine member panel expressed dissent over the panel’s recommendation. Commissioner Tenzin Dorjee said “India does not belong to the same category as authoritarian regimes like China and North Korea. India is the largest democratic nation in the world, where the CAA has been challenged openly by the opposition Congress Party and law makers, civil society, and various groups.”

It is very evident that the majority of the Commission members have sold themselves for money. The Indian American Muslim Council, an advocacy group welcomed the report. In a statement, it said, “As a part of the Indian diaspora that only wishes well for the country of our birth, we view international criticism of India’s religious freedom record as distressing but painfully necessary, given the escalating level of persecution of minorities.”
