American citizen Gurpatwant Singh Pannun threatens to blow up air India flight in Nov 19

American citizen Gurpatwant Singh Pannun is a designated terrorist. He has been actively involved in organizing events and rallies in different parts of the world, including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom to promote separatism in India. He has also been involved in filing lawsuits against Indian officials and institutions in international courts, alleging human rights violations against Sikhs.

Pannun has claimed responsibility for various terror incidents in India. In April 2023, in a video, he issued a threat to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Assam. In June 2023, Pannun went into hiding after the death of three other prominent Khalistani separatists in 2 months,

In July 2023, the this American terrorist leader resurfaced in a video claimed to be shot near the UN headquarters in New York, USA. In this video, Pannun claims responsibility for the posters calling for killing Indian diplomats across North America and Europe and says that he will lead Khalsa Panth to get the flag of the country of Khalistan separated from India on the UN HQ.

In September 2023, a video surfaced in which this American terrorist warned Canadian Hindus to leave Canada. The video elicited widespread condemnation from Canadian politicians. Federal party leaders, Pierre Poilievre and Jagmeet Singh, along with ministers in the federal cabinet, denounced the video. Canada’s Public Safety Minister, Dominic LeBlanc, described the video as “offensive and hateful”.

In November 2023, the American terrorist issued a threat to individuals planning to travel via Air India on November 19 (the date of the Cricket World Cup finals). In a video widely circulated on social media, he claimed: “We are asking the Sikh people not to fly via Air India on November 19. There will be a global blockade. On November 19, don’t travel by Air India or your life will be in danger.”

He claimed that Air India would not be allowed to operate on November 19.

“We are asking the Sikh people not to fly via Air India. From November 19, there will be a global blockade. Air India won’t be allowed to operate. Sikh people, don’t travel by Air India after November 19. Your life can be in danger,” terrorist Pannun said in the video that is circulating on social media.

Pannun claimed that Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport would remain shut on November 19 and that its name would be changed. He highlighted that this is the same day on which the final match of the ongoing Cricket World Cup will take place.

“It is the same day in November on which the final match of the World Terror Cup will be played,” he said.

“The name of this airport will be Shahid Beant Singh, Shahid Satwant Singh Khalistan airport, when Punjab will be liberated,” he added.

This is not the first time that terrorist Pannun has issued a threat. In September, he urged Canadian Hindus to leave Canada amid a diplomatic row between India and Canada over the killing of Canadian terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, in a video that circulated on social media, said pro-Khalistan Canadian Sikhs have consistently shown loyalty to Canada. He then went on to threaten Canadian Hindus, urging them to leave the country.

Following the spread of a hateful speech by this American terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, Canadian Hindu Forum Lawyers asked the Canadian Immigration Minister to ban Pannun’s entry into Canadian territory.

Canadian Hindu Forum Lawyer wrote to the Minister of Immigration of Canada, Mark Miller, stating that Pannun’s recent comments have caused distress and trauma not only within the Hindu community but also among Canadian citizens at large.

Earlier in September, British khalistanis held a so-called ‘Referendum’ in Surrey, British Columbia. Designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, the founder of the banned Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), was present at the gathering of the Khalistani separatists held at the Guru Nanak Singh Gurudwara in Surrey, Vancouver.

IIs high time USA takes action against this terrorist citizen of theirs before America gets accused of becoming a safe harbour for terrorists.
